Bela Sculpt is a high-energy, heated class that fuses yoga and Pilates principles, strength training, and sculpting moves into one powerful experience
Intentional sequencing, pulsing holds, and dynamic flow, you’ll build lean muscle, strengthen your core, and release what no longer serves you—while sweating out the old in sauna-like heat.

Sculpt your body. Sculpt yourself.
More than movement, Bela Sculpt is fire meeting flow—heat transforming what you carry into who you’re becoming. Every sequence is intention in motion: pulses, holds, stillness, surrender. Muscles strengthen, breath deepens, old energy melts away.
This isn’t just sweat—it’s a reset.
This isn’t just fitness—it’s ritual.
Step into the heat. Leave as more of you.
